Parts Specialist

Are you passionate about cars and know your way around automotive parts? We're looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team at RM Stoudt, Jamestown. If you have experience in automotive parts sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide expert advice.
•    Manage parts inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
•    Order and track parts as needed for repairs and maintenance.
•    Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
•    Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and recommendations.
•    Maintain accurate records of transactions and part orders.
Qualifications:
•    Experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role recommended
•    Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
•    Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
